The recolors

I bought an MLP blind bag set yesterday, and while it was great to own the mane six, I was almost more fascinated by the six recolors that came with them as well.

I started wondering what it would be like if there were a different mane six in another part of Equestria--or even in Ponyville; what they'd be like, how they became friends, etc.

So I decided to draw them based on the way the blind bag figures were crafted.

Top row, left to right: Sky Wishes, Peachy Pie, Coconut Cream, Gardina Glow.

Bottom row, left to right: Sweet Song, Beach Berry.

Sky Wishes: The "main" character of this alternate mane six, she's a hopeful dreamer who tries to stay optimistic despite most obstacles.

Peachy Pie: I'd like to make her Pinkie Pie's cousin on her mother's side, or even her blood-sister...but I'm not sure. She's a baker who prefers fruit pies over any other treat, especially peaches. Her best fried is Coconut Cream, who shares her passion for baking. She's a bubbly but driven girl who tends to make analogies to baking for EVERYTHING. Even when they're out of context.

Coconut Cream: Best friends with Peachy Pie, she too, enjoys baking--especially with exotic ingredients like coconuts or mangoes. She's the more "levelheaded" of the two unless it comes to experimentation; then she tends to get a liiiittle over-excited.

Gardenia Glow: A well-educated girl who has a passion for floral gardening; she has an eye for color and uses that eye to aid her in her gardens and bouquets.

Sweet song: A professional singer, you wouldn't know it by looking at her; few even know of her profession due to her going by an alias. She's a modest girl who doesn't act at all like the celebrity she is.

Beach Berry: A girl who spent most of her life on a "cape town," she loves the beauty of the ocean and the feel of the beach. She feels the most comfortable/at home/like herself when in a "Beach-like" environment.


I need to work more on their personalities...but so far, I like what I have.
